Vachetta is a massage goddess. She's not only GREAT at her craft, but she's friendly, courteous, and a delightful young woman.

I had a Reviving Facial and I must admit that the experience was awesome. I was running slightly late and the receptionist was so pleasure in accommodating me. The facial was the best I've ever received and I plan to come back every three months. Valerie was the best. I thought I had very oily skin and learned that my face was dehydrated. I walked away with great information on how to treat my face in between my visits. LillieAnn's is a GREAT SPA and the place looks fabulous.

I received a gift certificate to LillieAnn's for my birthday. I made an appointment for a deep pore facial with Cindie. I have to say that I was impressed by the professional way appointments were handled and when I walked into the salon I was very pleased with the physical ambiance. It was quiet and low key. My facial lasted 90 minutes and it was wonderful! I have to say it was one of the best facials I have had in years! My skin looked great and glowing and the skin tone and color were improved. I will definitely be going back for another treatment!

I had the most wonderful experience with Valerie this weekend. I had been working hard and had tension throughout my upper back region. Valerie massaged all the kinks out of my body - even those that I was not aware of. She used just the right amount of pressure - wonderful experience!

Samantha is friendly, professional, and gives amazing massages! She gave me a swedden/neuro massage, and worked out every knot in my shoulders, back, and hips. This was my first massage ever, and it was a fabulous experience.

My guy is into body building and he's frequently sore, so I surprised him with a deep tissue massage on sweetest day. He said Vachetta hit all the areas that was in need of attention, which was great. The only thing he didn't like was the rushed feeling. We were there on time, but she was running behind, which made her not fully attentive. I like Lillie Ann's because it seems more private and personal which focuses on quality oppose to quantity unlike those larger companies, So PLEASE do not make the mistake of overbooking and diminish your quality service. Quality BEATS quantity any day.

I had a wonderful experience at LillieAnns. I was a little iffy about getting a prenatal massage because I know that it requires different types of certifications, but my massage at LillieAnn's was AMAZING. I don't know how women EVER go through a pregnancy without a massage! The table was tailored for pregnant women so I was able to lie on my front comfortably. (No hole in the table, my tummy was cushioned the entire time.) Vachetta listened to my needs and made sure everything was comfortable for ME. I left feeling so relaxed and am going back in a couple of weeks, and probably once more after that until my due date. Thanks LillieAnn's!!!

I had a massage at LillieAnn's due to a Groupon that they offered. I am so happy that I went. I try to have a massage every month. But due to my work schedule, I hadn't had a massage for two months. My body was so tight it was alarming. But I worked with Vachetta. Or should I say she worked on me. At one point she asked me, while working to loosen some knots in my shoulders, "what kind of work did you say you did??!!" I just laughed out loud. She was so patient and just really knew how to touch my body to find and release tension. I think a good massage therapist just knows how to touch and doesn't have to ask you five times during a session, if it's OK. I had originally signed up for a swedish massage, but Vachetta gave me a deep tissue/swedish because that's what I really needed. The massage was pleasant and relaxing and fabulous! I will definitely go back. It would be great if they opened a spa on the south side. I'd probably have weekly appointments.

What can I say? Lillie is the best massage therapist I have ever had. I have a long history of disc herniations and general problems with both my low back and neck and she is the first therapist to address those issues in a manner that is theraputic and relieves my pain. I would give her 100 stars:-)

Came in with my $25 groupon and what a wonderful experience! A very relaxing setting and the staff could not have been nicer. Ana made certain that my massage was exactly what I needed. Will definitely be back!

I was kept waiting for 45 minutes for my massage. There was very little apology from the therapist, who claimed that she was held up by a waxing. The pressure was so rough and the approach so amateurish, that I would not recommend this therapist to anyone. I have a very stiff area in my neck today.

I asked for a relaxation massage and it turned out to be pretty painful. I asked several times for her to let up on the pressure to no avail. Arms and legs were good. But she hurt my back. I was really disappointed.

My boyfriend and I went here for a groupon massage and it was really great! It exceeded our expectations. Love this place.

Giselle is a great massage therapist, she paid particular attention to the tightest areas and my body was totally relaxed by the end of the session!

Definitely Hyde Park. We need more services like this on the South Side. There is a market for it. I'm tired of having to go up North, downtown or to the suburbs for most things.

Best Massage I've ever had in Chicago!

My husband and I live in Omaha, NE, and wanted a time to relax during our trip. We booked a couples massage and it was the best thing ever! My husband usually goes to a message therapist here in Omaha, but said they were able to get way more done in the hour than what his massage therapist could do. My massage therapist was also awesome as my whole body felt warm and subtle after the massage. We are planning on revisiting Chicago next year, and definitely going to revisit this place. This place rocks!!!

I'm certainly no massage expert, and so, do not have a whole lot to compare it to. However, I came in the day after completing the Chicago Marathon with my legs in a dire state. Giselle was very sensitive to my various injuries and sore spots, worked hard to help get me better, and communicated with me openly. I left feeling great and I'd recommend lillieAnn's to anyone interested in sports massage therapy.

Lillie has the hands of a true healer. No matter what deep ache I have stored up she finds the release. Amazing!

Valerie has been wonderful for the myofascial release massage! I've had it twice now and the benefits last much longer than a regular massage. Valerie has given me two very relaxing, but still strong and effective massages. Lillieann's totally deserves it's rating as best massage in Chicago!

As I was sitting in the Lexus dealership getting my car serviced I noticed the card for Lillie Ann's and Boy and I glad I did! I had a facial with Cindie and a massage with Hillary and they were literally the best I had ever received. Cindie was thorough and knowledgeable and Hillary....her hands are made of gold! She worked out kinks I didn't even know I had :-) Not only was the service amazing, but the price was reasonable and the front desk staff were very pleasant. I am so happy I found this treasure! What an AMAZING first experience!!! I will be calling this week to schedule my next appt. I hope Hillary and Cindie like me, because they will be seeing a lot of me!!!! Kudos!!!
