I decided to purchase a Groupon because I read good things about LillieAnn's and also because my back's been bothering me for a couple months. I ended up scheduling an appointment with Donna R. As soon as I got there, the receptionist greeted me, and had me fill out a form; she was very friendly. Donna came out momentarily and greeted me. She asked me several questions about my needs and background. She let me get situated and started the massage immediately. I don't know too much about other masseuses; I got a professional massage just once before, and that was just okay. This massage from Donna, however, was heavenly, and I did not want it to end. She was very aware of the knots and tension in my back, neck, shoulders, etc., and she was careful to apply the correct amount of pressure (she asked me a couple times if the pressure was okay). She also did a good job with the reflexology; my feet never felt so pampered. :) My husband felt my back after and said that it felt a lot more supple (not the usual knots). I would definitely go back and pay full price! :) Note: This is not a "spa," and massages take place in smaller rooms. The facility is very clean, smells great, and has a good ambience.

I just had a massage with Lillie for the first time and it was the BEST massage I have ever had!! I have been to many places and have never found someone I would go back to. I will definitely be back! She listened to what my needs were and focused on my problems. I love deep tissue and most therapists just lose the deep pressure after a while, but not Lillie. She is strong and makes sure the pressure is to your liking! Great place!!

My boyfriend surprised me with massage appointments for the two of us as a Valentine's Day gift. Neither of us had ever been to LillieAnns. He bought a Groupon, and we were pleasantly surprised with our experience! Alice and Samantha were both awesome! We will definitely be going back!

Visited Lillieann's for the first time this past weekend. Used a Groupon. Loved my massage with Darian. Enjoyed the peaceful decor and tranquil atmosphere. Look forward to going back. If you open another location (hopefully in Hyde Park), consider having a relaxation room for clients to continue the spa experience after the massage. Several friends and I often do "spa days" and we like to relax and talk after our services before we get dressed. Adds to the experience.
